These terms cover your use of the Moving Eyes app.
The app is provided as-is
Moving Eyes is provided "as-is," without warranty of any kind. It may not be bug-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or try to extract the app's source code.
- Use the app to break the law or harm other people.
Purchases
Moving Eyes Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it unlocks the paid features permanently for the store account that bought it. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details. Because the purchase belongs to your store account rather than to a particular phone, reinstalling or moving to a new device restores it, and there is a Restore purchases button in Settings for the times it doesn't happen on its own. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's own policies, so a refund request goes to whichever store you bought it from.
Intellectual property
The Moving Eyes name, logo, and app design are the author's.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. If they change materially, the new version will be posted here and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised.
